DumaTech Rugby Institute will provide a fun learning environment for its members and will provide opportunities for all players to compete in matches and tournaments, and for coaches to earn internationally recognized qualifications. Lastly, we will provide a community-based rugby institute for young players in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

·        DTRI’s main focus is to promote and enhance the sport of rugby.

·        DTRI will educate the community on rugby fundamentals and have a safe, fun, and family-oriented place.

·        DTRI will demonstrate and teach teamwork, communication, cohesion, and camaraderie. We encourage individuals to find self-worth and be role models to the community. 

·        DTRI’s mission is to provide the best training, programs, staff (coaches, referees, and administrators), and equipment, and to fully meet the fitness and various needs of our members.

·        DTRI is resolute to creating an unmatched rugby atmosphere that will add the enjoyment of every member, administration, staff, volunteers, and fans.
